Maestro: From the top please!

got the proofs and noticed that there some table of contents errors. after several hours of re formatting i got it in a presentable order. back to waiting for them to approve it and get another proof. hopefully this will be the last one and I can release the physical copy. on the plus side the cover looks nice.
